Winter Time Trials Training
 

It is cold out and we seem to go into hiding this time of year . So we can stud up our enduro bike or break out the trials bike. My trials riding was almost non existant this year so that is the plan to get it out and improve my enduro skills . My last ride out resulted in some sloppy riding and a sore shoulder so I need to get on my trials bike and practice . Am I alone in doing this or are there others out there that do this also ? If so are there any riders near me that would like to get together and trials ride ? Eastern Pa / NJ

Bike slamming is so much easier on this old man with my trials bike since it only weighs 160 pounds and is SOOOO easy to pick back up ! The last ride really made me aware of this since I fell more than I have all year . PM me so we can hold each other to the trials training fire . A little outside pressure to motivate an old man !

Trials Training center rocks ! I have ridden there a few times and it is a great place to ride and the people there are really nice . But it is a 13 hour one way trip so I will pass on the upcoming event . When is that anyway ? Bluespark I have been riding on the ice for WOW 30 years this year man does time ever fly ! But if I can make myself ride my trials bikes this time of year it saves my studs and keeps me from doing my weight lifting workout . {Picking up my bike} :D

Great day of hill climbing with a few floating turns thrown into the mix . you do not get cold rather warm in fact because you never really go very fast . If you ever get the chance you need to get a trials bike .
