Checkpoint Off-road - 12oz Flywheel Weight
 

I have a checkpoint offroad 12oz flywheel weight that doesn't fit my 2013 xc200r. Brand new as I could not install. Bought for $67 but would gladly make a deal to help someone out. Says it will fit all 2 stroke models, but apparently there were a few models/years with a different ignition/flywheel. From reading other threads on here, I think it's a 2K3 which already has a heavier flywheel, but I'm not 100% sure. I have a picture of the incompatible ignition if anyone is curious.

Looking like the one I bought for my 300 that didn't fit.

Hit the rivets.

Until I turned a bit off the inner diameter of the thick part. Easy done. With a lathe.

Aha, that’s a good tip. I met go ahead and try that. Was the nut able to clear the ignition cover then? It looked pretty close to me.

Oh yeah the nut. I had to shave that down too, just enough to get purchase on it. Was ten years ago you see.
