Pampera 320

Just picked a 320 off a farm that has 720klm on the clock. Just wondering if anyone can tell me the year model by the VIN as I can't find a plate on it (it's probably right in front of me eyes but I can't see it :o), and fuel ratio 50:1 or 25:1

VIN is VTRPP329710970084 or could someone please tell me how to find out? I didn't even know these things existed in Australia :confused:
