2010 GG XC 300 Rear Shock Misprint?
 

Bike comes with a Sachs rear shock. The manual says the high speed compression adjustment is the inner small screw and the low speed compression is the outer thumbwheel? I thought it was just the opposite? Am I mistaken?

The manual is wrong, and not just on this count.

You were correct in assuming that HS compression is the smooth outer ring, while LS compression is the screw in the center.

Thanks for the info. Most of euro manuals I've ever had, have lots of misinformation in them.
