Aaron Wegner to Represent GasGas in 2011

Aaron Wegner is one of the Midwest's fastest riders, and consistently so, finishing near the top of the standings in both enduro and hare scrambles series in Michigan's AMA District 14 competition. Additionally, Aaron has numerous top finishes in the GNCC, OMA, and National Enduro series.

Thanks to Clay and Ted at GasGas Offroad US, I'm happy to be able to announce that the newly crowned 2010 D14 hare scrambles champion will be aboard a 2011 GasGas Race 250 for the next season. Aaron was convinced this would be a good move after spending a day on board my 2010 XC250 at the Exotic Bike Trail Ride late this summer. He lauded the cornering prowess of the bike and the strong low-end and flexibility of the 250 two stroke engine, and commented that he'd be happy to race the Sachs suspension (mildly modified) just the way it was.

Besides having a fast guy on a GasGas to cheer for, you'll really enjoy riding and hanging out with Aaron at the ride days and trail rides planned for next year. Watch the Midwest forum for details.

Good news glad to see some local fast guys getting some help and getting our GasGas bikes out there so people can see them. Can't wait to see what Aaron can do with it.

10-4! I met Aaron at the exotic bike ride. Super nice guy, humble, and I think he's pretty fast, too. I couldn't tell for sure 'cause I only saw a blur!

Congratulations to GG and Aaron.

Good news. Congrats to Aaron
Someone should start some promotional picture for him and GasGas. Sorta like what they did with Ludivine Puy.

Not to take anything away from Wegner, but there will be another announcement coming soon from GGOR regarding another top tier rider who will be riding a Gas Gas next season in the NEPG series.

This is all great and exciting news for Gas Gas

Lets also not forget GG has the current NETRA H/S champion Jim Senecal. He's at it again this year running right near the top. Also he's currently running 3rd overall in the NETRA enduro series.
