Australia Day 2012

Heres a quick vid, the first installment of what was taken. Sorry for the poor quality of the footage. I really tried my best to keep the lense clean but within about 5 mins there wasn't a clean part left on me to wipe with. By the end of the ride the condensation had built up between the gopro and the case which made everything look fuzzy.

Gotta love playing in the mud! http://youtu.be/wMNDeknHhvk

Yeah not too much time spent on the pipe! I can't say I didn't try a few times :D Traction was err.. a tad sketchy..

150kms of that stuff punched out in a day! I had a few tender muscles the day after! I watched a vid from VIC Aus day and it looked dusty! Whats goin on?

We seriously need some of that rain in Victoria Jake. I haven't ridden for several weeks now, had the mtb out instead!!

Top vid mate, those water crossing looked spec!!

There was one creek which we couldn't cross as the water level was too deep. Think chest height! So glad no one charged into that one! haha! Areas where the ground was just a blanket of water.. A nice creek crossing with a makeshift bridge. Its usually one to man handle the bikes over made a bit more special due to elevated water levels. I'll hopefully get a few more vids done up over the week. Heaps of footage but even more thats ruined by mud or fog.

Heres a pics from throught the day at various creeks! The GG smashed it up the Cunnie hill. Wasn't all that hard just no run up because of the rocky creek into a steep muddy climb. Looks like it would have been a great day for fishing too! Ocean is so flat!
