Look at the bar setup on Lafferty's bike, the computer ends up higher than the grips! He's no small guy, you would think he'd run a tall bar setup. That looks like a smack in the chest waiting to happen.

Fast guys run low bars, that's so they can get their head over the front fender.

If I rode with my head over the front fender I'd end up on the front fender.
How do they make that work ? I'm not being sarcastic. I'm looking for tips.

'cause your head acts like a pendulum.

I took some riding classes with Dick Burleson and he said you should always be able to read your front number plate.
Also keep your feet on the pegs. Everytime you stick your foot out, it's a 30lb counter weight extended out two feet. It upsets the balance of the bike.

I just rode my friend's new KTM that was set up for a much better rider than me and I can say I felt like I was riding on the front fender. I liked the feel of my GG way better, so did my friend .
