Moose footpegs

Anyone running the moose pro or hybrid foot pegs? If so, how are they?

The Moose ones look like a decent peg.
A ride bud is using the IMS pair and they are good quality and work well with the GG.
I know the Fast way pegs are good quality but don't fold back enough and get hung up in the tight stuff and deep ruts.

Hey ya moto9 the IMS are great pegs. I have only run IMS pro with the rearward offset on my last 3 Gas Gas bikes. I really like them, super stout and don't clog up with mud easily. Probably the way I will go again.
Curious about the Moose ones though. Haven't seen them first hand. I do notice they have bracing through the middle that may actually hold mud clods more easily.

So did you go with the Moose Hybrids? I broke a peg the other day and was thinking of trying them.

I bought Moose pegs for my 03 EC200. They are plenty stout and I haven't had any problems except the right side peg won't fold up all the way unless you grind some off the corner. I can't remember if they were hybrids but they were supposed to be lower and offset back a little. If they were offset it was very little.

Thanks. I decided to go with Roscoe and try the IMS Pro pegs. They were a little cheaper and didn't have the rounded top.

I've got a set of moose hybrids, but have not installed them yet. Before I do install them I do have to do a bit of grinding as lankydoug mentions to get the one to fold. I got the YZ version and thought they had a bit of material taken off for that side, but not on this pair. I am also going to grind down the outer teeth, as they look pretty lethal. Not sure about packing with mud, but they look like they will clear as well as my stock KTM pegs, which I never bothered me. These are heavy pegs and very stoutly made.

The Scar footpegs are extremely tough, and fit nicely. They have both Evolution and Standard sizes to fit your taste for how big of peg you want. They are on sale through August 31st on GoFasters.com for $107.16 for the Evolution, and $98.36 for the standard.

If you get the moose hybrids I highly recommend you get the offset ones since the shifter is so short. I have the hybrids YZ/Offset and they are a great peg.

I really love the Pivot Pegs, but you have to keep up on the maintanence or the bushings die. Its OK with frequent grease and oring R&R, but I would like to reduce the work. They should really redesign the peg to use a larger cross section oring, as the 1mm OEM parts just get eaten up fast by motion and dirt. Looking at adding zerks in a way they won't interfere or get sheared off.
