Lower shock mount cracked

Hi guys... I have today cracked lower mount on ohkins rear shock on EC 2008... As you can see, it was cracked before.. do you think it is possible to weld it somehow?

That part receives quite a bit of load/stress. I would buy a new mount from Ohlins. A weld will likely fail again...

Can buy a whole new clevis for quite cheap! Or a whole shock second hand. I wouldn't try welding given where it breaks.

Ohlins USA is located in Hendersonville NC. I bet they'll have a new one in stock.
