fuel tank fit

has anyone fitted a clarke 3.5 gallon tank to a 2011 / 2010 ec 250 i am trying but the seat does not fit.Any suggestions, thanks people

i have been sent the wrong tank ,not by clarke though, checked out the photos and wanabbys had all the pictures i needed, thanks
