WTB: Older EC300.,Had to sell mine a while back, sadly.
 

A while back I got a good running 99 EC300 for like $700. I put some new stuff on it and loved it even though I know it was pretty long in the tooth.

Long story short, I lost both my parents after long bouts with illness and ended up having to sell the bike, sadly.

It wasn't new like a lot of bikes on here but I still loved it and hope to replace it for around same cost. I'm in NC. If anyone has an older EC300 that runs good they'll let go affordably, please let me know. Thanks.

That's a shame. But the good news is if you find a 10 or a 07 or an 02 you'll still love it and they are pretty cheap now, just have to find a cared for one.

Thank you. Yeah, the last couple of years have been tough to say the least.

I'm def not looking anything remotely new like a 10. Maybe a 02 or heck, I was content with my 99. Just thought I'd check with the GG family and see if anyone has a 300 that would be affordable.

Have you tried www.searchtempest.com It will run a perimeter craigslist search around a zip code. Don't run it on google chrome as they don't like it when you use so much bandwidth.

I will try it. I honestly think my best bet will be someone here who has an old one. They are pretty rare so going to the forum that specializes in them, I hope, is my best shot.
