anyone know what year yamaha motors are in 2011 gg ec250f ?

I dont think they ever used anyting else. If it's a 250 of 300F, it has a Yamaha motor.

But they did some modifications, e.g made it wet sump if I remember correctly.

do you happen to know what years the yz250f motors are i'm trying to find parts for my 2011 ec250f

I have one it's a 2008-2010 just made mine into a 315 by strioking and a big bore kit

I don't remember which years, but if you look at motocross enter.com you will find spare parts list for the fourstrokes in the years 2012 to 2015.

What part are you after? Most cycle parts would be equal to the 2011 twostrokes and the motor parts are Yamaha.

thank you for all the info i'm looking to get a starter motor and jd jet kit , jd said they dont have anything for my bike , so i'll have to order one for a yamaha

The starter motor would be straight from the WR, I'd think. I also think the carb and jetting is similar to the WR.
