Air Filter Mount - EC300 2004
 

Hi all

I have a quick question regarding the Air Filter mount on my 2004 EC300.

See the photos...the bar across the middle, should it be flat or bent outwards?

Mine was bent quite a way out and I was worried the air filter might not be sealing correctly around the edges. I've bent it in a little and it seems better.

I guess it's been pulled out over time, people overnighting the screw that secures the air filter.
