Power valve governor help
 

Hello complete novice here needing help. EC 250 2008. Is the governor (part with the ball bearings) unsure its even that. Should you be able to move it side to side and up and down. Generally feels loose. I'm trying to locate a rattle thank you in advance. Jack

Does it rattle when you lug it under a load?
