Beautiful British Columbia

Hey guys,
I was sorting through some of my pictures on the weekend and found this shot taken in 2005 near my home. Just thought I'd show some of what makes me love BC.

Looks like bear country and you're parked in some berries.
Beautiful view.

Just came back from a trip to BC my second, this one was around the world and yes it rates as one of my most recommended locations to visit some nice people live there to.

I've been to B.C. 3 times and its better each time I go. Only skiing though I have yet to ride there. Looks interesting.

Thanks guys. There's definitely some great riding up here, and if any of you are ever in the area (West Kootenays: Trail-Castlegar-Nelson, etc) let me know and I'll take you out for a ride.

How far from the US border is this? I love BC and think a trip to Kelowna or anywhere close to where your pics are taken would be really cool. But I need to know how far I have to go in order to plan this summer.

Where that picture is taken is less than a mile from the US border. I live practically on the border. Kelowna is about 3.5-4 hours away from me and it has some amazing riding areas. If you decide to come to the Kootenays, give me a shout and I'll show you the area.

Steve
