I'm thinking a 39mm PWK would be an alternative to RB mods.

Should be a PWK.

It's either a 38mm PWK or 38mm PWK-AS for "Air Striker" version. Not sure which year they started using the AS model. The AS has two vertical vanes on the lower intake side.

The 39mm will give you more top-end power if that's what you want but the RB mod will be better for an overall spread in power (IMO).

RB it is, I can't live with the idle and jetting issues.

Definatly helped with my 04 250. But I did the squish band at the same time. TW
