Gasgas EC300 E-Start 2014 Coil Problem

Hello!
I have a 2014 E-start GG Racing 300. Everything running fine until a river cross. After some miles, the bike start to hesitate on low speed. Turning the accelerator, bike run fine. My thought about this: spark plug. After the enduro end, clean the bike, change the spark, same symptom. Checked the reeds (VForce 4), all ok. Checked the battery, charge ok.
After take the gas tank apart, seat, etc., remove the spark plug, turning with my hand the ignition fly wheel, I hear a spark sound coming from the ignition coil. Well, change the ignition coil. Same sound. Click sound, coming from the coil.
Put another coil, same sound. Putting my ear near the cable, the sound come from the cable. Inside the cable, even in the new ignition coil.
My question: the original coil, it's different from the other bikes? I mean, maybe a resistance in this cable? And others simple coils (from another 2 strokes street bike) don't have this resistance and maybe a spark scape inside the cable?
Trying to start the bike (kick or Eletric start) just a explosion and no engine running. Looks like the spark time it's delayed. I think it's because the coil cable.
Running into circles...
Sorry for my confusing English.

The resistance is the same in the cables. Some bikes have a resistor in the spark plug cap.
The cable screws into the cap and the coil.

I would make sure that the coil is properly grounded.

Hello @gasgasman.
Perfectly grounded. I think maybe could be the crankshaft key. I will try to remove the ignition fly wheel and check it.
Thanks for the help!

GG running! My suspect was right. The flywheel key was broken. Changed and bike running perfect!
Thank you!
