Backfire Won't Start FSE 450 03'

I have FSE 450 2003, yesterday I drove into a puddle and bike turn off as if he choked .. when I start, it shoots in the exhaust. Bike is after renovation 40 mth , I checked the valves are ok, the fuel its ok, the spark is, new candle, timing gear its ok. I think mechanically is good. the third fuse from the fuel pump was burned. is a program that shows errors where to look? any advice, I do not know where to look

sorry for my easy language

This is what show me program, last faults.

Now I removed all faults. Tomorrow will charge the battery and try to start the engine with the program on.
