Float valve.
 

Hello,

Two bikes 2006 EC 300 and 2014 EC 250.

Does anyone know if the float valves are the same in the round top carb and the AS2 ?

Nope, screwtop has deeper float bowl. Height should be 16 mm, I believe, or seam parallel with bottom of carb body. Short body carb height is approximately 6mm, most run a tad lower, I run mine at 7.5mm.

Thanks for the reply but I mean are the actual valves the same.

i.e the part that shuts off the fuel.
