Fork Spring rate?
 

Hey guys does anyone know what the stock spring rate for the Conventional 45mm Zok's? A buddy gave me a set of .38kg from a 99 EC300 with the same forks. My bike is a 97 EC250.

I thought they were 42's but seems a big jump if 38's were standard once.

Seems like you are trying to guess whether this spring is better for you than the one you have in your bike now. You should pick the spring based on your weight. How much do you weigh?

That's a fairly soft spring - my guess is that it would be okay for a 160 pound rider.
