:D

All these electric bikes and cars are great, I love the technology and their performance...but there's always the problem of range.

I don't think the solution is to try and engineer ways to fast charge batteries, but to have all the manufacturers develop a 'standard' battery pack that can be quickly replaced.

So you'd be able to drive into a service station and just replace your drained battery pack with a fresh, fully charged pack and continue on your journey.

If you have a high performance bike/car then maybe you'd have 3 or 4 battery packs to replace.

I think if they could develop this kind of solution then electric vehicles would really become more popular.

I agree with the quick change battery. Just like a cordless drill.

By the way. I was out riding today and I saw an Alta at my local riding spot (Ontario Canada). I’ve seen lots of videos online but it was really cool to see how quiet it was. That is the future, less noise will definately help keep riding areas open. (At least areas that are near houses/developments)
