Lithium Ion battery and E-start for 2013 ec300
 

Hi all, first post here..

My brother recently purchased a 2013 GasGas EC300... Superb bike, very happy ��

The bike came with a heap of original spares including A lead acid battery and original e-start kit with loom and switch block...not originally fitted by dealer or removed by dealer from day-one!

I want to know a couple of things...

1. What is the battery of choice? (lithium preffered, Please include brand and part numbers ...SSB brand?)

2. Is there a step-by-step e-start installation diagram? Also does the key operated ignition-barrel have to be apart of the circuit?

..and while we are at it what e-start starter issues can be resolved before installation?
