Swingarm and Enginecase Worn

Hi i recently bought a gasgas ec 300 2007
I has torn it appart to inspect and service.
And the previusowner hasn?t maintaind the swingarm and linkage bearings.
So the result is following:
1: Swingarm Axel Worn with grooves.
2: Swingarm "taps" has eaten in the aluminum
3: The enginecase mating surface has been worn to "No plan surface anymore"
4: Enginecase Swingarmaxel hole is eggshaped

Actions:
1: Replace the axel.
2:a I tend to mill the swingarm "taps" down so i get a new plan surface.
2:b I will make Copperspacers to compensate step 2:a.
3 and 4:
I will mill the enginecase to get new plan surface.
I will ream the engiecase axel hole to get rid of the eggshape
I will make Steel Sleaves "bushing" and insert in the enginecase axel hole. (As it is original on Jap prod bikes)

Question:
Is it anyone here that has the measurments of the following:
1: The width on the swingarm taps with the bushing/bearings installed Specified Left and Right side.
2: The width of the enginecase "where the axel is going through".
3: The width on the swingarm taps Left and Right without the Bushing "Only The Aluminum tap"

I?m sorry for the bad english.
If any questions plz respond to me.
Heres a little picture of what measurments i need.
The Plates that will be inserted between swingarm and engine is ok and not showing in the picture.

Is there no one out there that is either changeing his bearings that can measure IT or someone got access to new parts to measure on

Where are the arms (picture below) that go from the engine cases down to the frame? These arms should fill that gap between the swingarm bushing and the engine case.

In your picture nothing really looks worn. Width 1 and 3 will be the same and be dependent on the bushings. You'll get new bushings in a swingarm bearing kit.

As i wrote in the text that picture is not mine and is only used as a example.
Width1 is complete width with the bushing and measurement 3 is with the bushing out "only the aluminium tap"
Mine swingarm is worn as My enginecase also so thats is youst as a referance i need those measurements for the ease to manufacture new spacers and Steel sleeves.
I got new bearingkit to insert.

The measurements Azash needs are:

Width1 swingarm + flanged part of bush

Width2 across the engine cases

Width3 just swingarm

I had the same work done to repair an old tm. The swingarm bearings have collapsed and without the swingarm held in place by the bearings, the swingarm moves in a twisting motion and the frame flexes more when the bike is used, ovalling the swingarm bolt hole through the cases and mashing up the sides of the swingarm.

Azash needs the correct width measurements so that he can make the repair pieces to the correct width. When the swingarm bolt is torqued up, these widths need to be correct so it doesn't pull the frame around or pinch up or hinder smooth movement of the swingarm.

Anyone got the swingarm out of an EC from the same era ? It needs to be apart to get the measuring calipers on the swing arm

Dragging an old thread up from the dead, because it is still relevant, and it is missing some info.

The widht of each case-halfs?
Interference fit of swingarm-bolt thru engine mounts?

Anyone have a measured center of the engine mount hole?
