dealer rant on ebay - european dirt...
 

so, i noticed this listing on ebay :

so i need a bunch of little parts, figuring the dealer could clear out some of his unwanted inventory, and i could get stuff below list. i went through and came up with 30 or 40 little things i needed, and sent a list with part numbers and descriptions on 1/31. (there were some items that were $20-$30 and some items that were $0.50...)

i call today, and the dealer says, that it's NOT WORTH HIS TIME looking the stuff up, because it's lotsa small dollar items.. although i'm sure the order would be at least $100 or $200...

this of course did not bode well with me (i make a living selling lotsa little tiny items....)

anyways, he came off as a jerk, and maybe he's busy making money selling 'big items'.

whatever.

His website is terrible....can't even bother to list what he has either.

i saw that listing too.. was gonna try to figure out what he had, but i guess that would be a waste of time....
thanks for the heads up, sorry you figure that out the hard way...

IMHO... if it is not worth his time to look, why list it ???

i bought all the stuff i had sent him from gofasters today.. i shoulda done it in the first place, the parts would be here already. but his decision to not respond set me another few days behind.
