SOLD Full Part-Out 2010 300

UPDATED 8 16 16

Parting-out my 2010 300ec.

I purchased the bike in Jan. 2011 as a Demo, bike had 5hrs on it when I purchased. Parting-it-out due to: I can't justify having four bikes and the Base Nut in one of the forks is nearly stripped. Per my Tuner the threads could catastrophically fail the next time someone is inside the fork. I won't sell a bike with a known major defect so parting-it-out.

Hours:
Total Time 182 hrs
Top End 59 hrs (one rebuild at 123 hrs)

I am in my 40's (where did the time go?) and a slow A rider. B rider speed with A rider technical abilities (I have a Trials background). I did ride one Family Enduro on this bike however I was following my Wife during the event and not competing myself, I think it is safe to claim "this bike was never raced". I ride almost entirely 2nd/3rd gear single track and typically in the low RPM's, not sure I've ever hit the rev limiter.

All parts listed are from my 2010 300 unless followed with "09 200". I swapped a few parts from my 300 onto the 200. Parts from the 09' 200 have 47hrs on them.
Prices are not including shipping. I am PayPal friendly.

Happy to send pics of individual parts, I will insist on a couple of the parts to ensure both parties are satisfied with the transaction.

Can you post a picture of the wheels?:D

Any chance you'd be willing to sell just the gas cap? I don't need the whole tank.
Let me know. Thanks

To ensure we are on the same page: what do you consider to be the harness?

Thanks!

What's going on with the forks that they are "not to be ridden"?

The harness should begin at the point of the connection from the stator out to the point of connection of components such as the coil, kill button, etc. minus your dual sport additions.

OK, kinda what I thought. I'll need a day to get this sorted out. I'll lay it out and send you a pic to ensure you are satisfied.

Thanks

Australia: I will PM you a quote. Wondering if it will be cost-effective for you?

GPR Kit is for the V4 and I think GPR didn't make a kit for the V1, only the V4. I think ?

You might want to send them an email or call: I'm not sure about the V1 and there are a couple different I.D. Collars for the GasGas depending on the year of the bike......although I do believe I have both sizes in my garage.

Maybe due to the flash but I can't tell. If the subframe is black metal, it is steel. If it is raw/unpainted metal, it is aluminum.

Can I get a picture of your plastic set? I'm quite interested in both. Steel subframe is subject to rust quite easily.

Would you sell me the upper triple clamp only? I might need one to bore out to fit KYB forks if I ever need to do a conversion. Right now I'm quite happy with my Marzocchi PFP 48, but some of them has been eaten up from the inside...

I could also take the Motion pro throttle cable if its the type with the threaded ends. I use one on my Lectron now, but a spare is always handy.

Do you (or anyone) know if they will fit my 2014 300?

Still have the pegs, minus the bushings. Actually I do have the bushings but I cut them in half to facilitate the peg-lowering trick.

I'll take the axles off of your hands, if CombatYoga doesn't want them.

Changing out tires, my front axle is fused to the bearing, I can probably save it, would be nice to have a spare incase I destroy it.

Thanks!

The rear should fit.

The front will be different due to the lug changes between the Sachs and 48mm Marzocchis. I didn't investigate any further, as when I put my 48mm Sachs with TTX inserts on the 2013 I first tried the 13 axle, and when it didn't fit up used the old one.

Might have missed it, did the engine sell?
