Differences 2010 - 2012

Currently in my shed I have a 2010 ec300 6-days that is rather bent after my smash last year - front wheel like a banana, frame bent, and I'm pretty sure the forks are too.

It is soon to be joined by a 2012 ec250 - it's seen some use but the deal was just too good to pass on.

So other than the differences riding, the question is what parts can be transferred from the 2010 to the 2012? I might as well save what I can from the 2010 but I know that quite a few parts are different. This will likely leave me with a few parts that can be sold too.

I believe the radiators will cross over; but have not confirmed it.
Handlebars, triple clamps, forks, wheels, chain and sprocket, swingarm inc guides etc, engine, brakes (lines, calipers, etc).

What doesn't cross over
Rear shock, linkage, frame, seat, fuel tank, silencer (changed from can to stinger)

Pipe kinda fits, but has different upper mount.

If the 2010 is a right off (bent chassis) I'd just salvage what you can (consumables; brake discs, pads, chain, sprockets, etc). Dump whatever is beyond repair, and then sell anything that might be left over.
