2002 GG EC 300 General View Questioning
 

I am Luis from Costa Rica (Central America) I do like ask you something I am kinda buying for a 2000 ec 300 for a real good price ($1700us plate licensed) in really good conditions, but the thing down here in CR the local GG distributor is very limited and that brand never got its sellers best in the country (KTM is the big mama!) , I know GG's rock but lacks of info. What I'd like to know if there is any comparison of model of yours with the 2000 ec 300 that I am looking. What about the carb, dude, I don''t have user manual for tech reference, How reliable is the suspension? are the breaks Brembos? Magura clutch? any info from you is gold.

suspension is ohlins in the rear and 'zokes up front, brakes are Nissan they use the same pads as a Honda, clutch is an AJP unit it uses DOT3 brake fluid instead of mineral oil although i think 05 and newer models use mineral oil.Overall they are great bikes and very reliable parts aren't hard to get GoFasters can get you anything you need , and there is a cross reference page on here that tells you what brake pads, sprockets and other items from different makes will work on the GASGAS.
