Sounds like a nice kit. May I suggest adding a pic of the full kit and close-up of a bolt.

Now if we could get a standard bolt kit for the rest of the bike that would be great!
|
i could probably do that... i've already switched all bodywork and easily accessible fasteners to stainless on mine....
|
no pic of this specific kit, but i have a general kit picture (cb750) so you could get the gist of it.

A quality standard kit for the whole bike would probably be a really good seller. Coming off a Husqvarna where nearly everything was an 8mm head, the different sizes and types on GG is a bit irritating, not to mention having to take half of my tool chest with me.

i can probably put together a kit where everything could be taken apart with 3 allen wrenches...(or maybe 2 even) - doing the whole bike could get expensive. what if it was motor, plastics, triple tree, subframe. all socket allen. am i missing anything? even that is more than you'd dissasemble on a trail...

Nice kit, but I'm not a fan of a allen on dirt bikes, they fill with dirt and strip easier...of course JMHO
I like the shoulderd bolts used on Jap bikes...if you had a replacement kit like that I'd buy it in a heart beat. |
