It is very difficult to search through all the parts when so many of them are either sold or years old. Would it make sense to go through and delete old and sold listing to help make searching more productive. Maybe they could auto delete after 3 months to make sure the listings stay current.

In all honesty. It would be easier if the person selling the parts would contact a moderator to let them know to delete the post.

That's what I've been saying all along. :confused:
Feel free to delete any and all of my ads that say "SOLD" in the title. I'd do it myself, if I knew how.

That's going take a while.:D

if the its sold, edit the original post using the GO ADVANCED option and add SOLD into the title.

I dont think anyone has that kind of time on there hands.

I like the old posts so I can see what parts are going for

Please use the advanced search option - it allows you to search for threads less than 3 months old, etc.

Be great to get a location as a must for all for sale items.. Even in the thread title line..

Quite often a member doesnt have their location listed in their profile or in the for sale ad making it hard to know what is or isnt accessible..

I did this and it changed the title, but not on the thread title page. Not sure why.
