Do 2008 EC300's come standard with a thermostat?
 

As the title asks, do 2008 ec300's come with a thermostat? and if so where is it? there is a thermostat cover which appears to have nothing within it? It appears this way on the gasgas parts fiche as well. Any help is most appreciated. Cheers.

Thermostat is #21 in the picture. I don't think you'll have one in the 08.

The water jacket that bolts to the head is just a T piece to allow flow into the head and then cylinder. The cover on the lower rhs of the engine is just the water pump cover.
