06FSE450 Service interval
 

I've just completed my first 1000km (600miles) and am wondering what the service intervals are. Also, what needs to be done at which service? The manual is very vague, and gives general guidance only, not sound technical advice like the Gas Gas forums give out.

I brought a 06 450fse & the shop wanted the bike back after 300kms or 30hrs for first service an a general retightening of a few few things like my chain runner behind the stand come loose an fell off while out riding an check chain tension every 250hrs or kms whichever comes first.
