KYB fork springs work and come in a variety of rates. Shock spring from Ohlins (same as 2011 and 2012).

I'm about 280 but losing, are these pretty standard as far as spring rates, I know what I used on my WR450f and it worked out well. Used a .52 fork and 6.7 shock on the WR.
Any help would be appreciated.
