This is exactly what I have done with both of my GG'ers . It utilizes the #3/4 bar positions which seem to be the most popular anyway. I am 5'10" and prefer the #3 position with a low KTM bar clamp.

I have access to make them [I had to pay for the 3D program] if there is enough interest to keep the cost reasonable/competitive. I had them made from 6061 and it is a bit taller than the similar mounts that were on the market which allows for the use of a fat bar while retaining the ability to remove the damper easily without having to raise the bars too high for us normal height challenged guys.
