If your springs are not correct, do not even bother making other changes until you get springs that are correct for your weight, you cannot make up for too light of a spring by just adding more compression dampening. If they are correct, have you made any changes to the adjusters? I've had that "flat tire" feeling in the rear from having too much rebound dampening.
