Fair enough, I wasn't trying to dispute what you stated, just adding clarification for a US e start model. I honestly can't remember if my 2011 had any extra wires for signals or horn prior to swapping the harness, but I am confident that it was AC only, and I had but a single kill button for electrical switches.

I won't say it's that easy to swap the harness and be done, but it will make life easier to determine what goes where, and how everything should line up. I don't believe you NEED the e start to make this work, you would simply have an extra wire or three hanging out.
