So I used to use UHMW plastic on Jeeps and buggy's for skid plates, however they were flat.
So I bought a cutting board (which is UHMW plastic). I used to have 4'x8' sheets of this stuff. And figured I'd try my hand.
Who doesn't like a BPA free skid plate?
So cut out and bent.
Installed. Not great but a Revision 1 it's not bad. Needs a hole for the oil drain.

That's rad! I love stuff like this! Definitely post this stuff. That's a great idea. I ordered a sheet of similar plastic from McMaster to build a linkage guard and it works really well. It's really slippery so it slides over rocks and trees.
Bike is looking awesome! Keep it coming!
