there are lots of posts in this forum about PV rattle. I have started to hear a loud rattle on my 04 EC200 but at the same time i've also noticed my bike is running really (really) rich whereas before it wasn't. I'm not sure the 2 things are connected but they both seemed to start at the same time. Most of the other posts noted the PV rattle at certain throttle positions but i could hear the same rattle in idle while revving the engine - but only some of the time. Sometimes it did not make nosie at all. Weird.
