I totally understand the "putting torque pressure on the wrong part of the bearing" thing which is why I asked the question.
I think I caused confusion because the drawings I put in the original post are not to scale, so sorry for that. I've now attached drawings of both
A &
B fitment which might help to resolve the question. To me
B looks right, but would appreciate all your thoughts. Thanks.
