Front sprocket thing and random leakage
Hi, My gasser is almost ready for inspection and then its time for styling.
1. Ive noticed that the front sprocket is only secured with a circlip.
This gives the front sprocket the ability to slide left and right on the shaft.
This feels very sketchy as I literally hear it scratching against the circlip when turning, but also that the chain wont be straight at those points.
Is it possible to use washers or a spacer like you have in between the front sprocket and the case. This way the front sprocket will always be secured and I can feel safer.
2. Between the crankcase and the clutch big case, it is leaking. The gasket is brand new and screws are tightened. Why??
Could it be that the gasket is too lowly placed. I can feel it sticking out way more on the bottom than on the top
