Do some searching on
http://ktmtalk.com/index.php?showforum=10 and you will find plenty of info on the NOZ needles (you may have to register).
From my reading it seems to be a nice needle but rich down low and will require a #8 or #9 slide to run clean (adjust pilot side as needed for leaner slide).
What bike are you using it in?
