I'll be spending a little time in the metal shop myself I think ... but you've gotta love the guys and gals at Myler's. My twisted up 250 rad was in and out in less than a day, and when we were discussing the fees we got on the topic of replacement radiators and the science of fixing twisted ones.

Next thing you know the chief radiator fixer/welder/doctor was on the phone, and he confirmed that GasGas rads are in fact made out of warm butter. He did say that that's better than being made out of cold butter like the older KTM rads - they would start leaking from vibration without even taking a hit. Apparently the Japanese radiators oscillate between warm butter and cold butter without rhyme or reason, depending on the year.
