Default Rear wheel spacers revisited.

In the endless quest of an easy fix for the garbage aluminum rear spacer I came across These. It appears part number MS361-1 (do a search in the document) will work. According to tech support the inside diameter is 1.260 which is 32mm. I've measured three different spacers and they range from 1.245 to 1.262 which is slightly more or less 32mm. I'm guessing on the smaller diameter I would have to come up with a sealant/glue to keep the stainless spacer affixed to the aluminum.

The units are $5.09 each. What do you guys think? I'm not a machinist by any means.

The unit size is ID: 1.260 Length: .555 The thickness is only a few thousandths so the slight oversize shouldn't be an issue.

Years ago I used to install these on Chevy SB cranks because they would groove. As far as I know it was a permanent fix in that application.

Thanks.
