I would polish it - that way it will never chip off, or get too scuffed (if it does you can just polish it out again)
Should look great against the black frame - my '06 has black frame and polished swingarm and it's so easy to keep clean (not that I get it dirty enough lately !!!
)
Keep the pix coming - lots of dark cold British nghts to spend in the garage before the spring !!
