From what we have seen, if you have Öhlins suspension, then you should use the recommended Öhlins suspension fluids front & rear. This oil's best property is its longevity. It last a long time. All oils are the same right? Wrong. There is a difference. Other oils may cost less or are more convenient but typically they cause problems such as fade & excessive parts wear. The oil burns up! It’s best to use the fluid that was used during the testing & development of the product. Do it once correctly & you wont have to worry about it.
