Good news for me at least - at my local enduro park I took a 5l bottle with me and conciously tried to drink a lot while there and used about 4L though the going was not too difficult though it was hot.
Afterwards no headache - which was brilliant!
Still odd that I got the headaches 1-3 hours after the events though...
I'm thinking any events I shoudl being 5L and a camelbak, maybe a camelbak with a higher flow valve may help as well as even the 'mega flow' bite valve I have isn't brilliant TBH, or maybe somehow get the valve easier to access, is it possible to do no handed??
