Yeah the lack of low fuel light or alternatively a reserve is a pain. I have an 06 and there is a fuel light - check if you have a sensor you may just need to wire a light in? GasGas do drag their clutches a bit when cold but should be ok when hot. Even warm you can feel drag if you push the bike in gear. You need to keep the charging circuit / battery in good condition because let's face it the kickstart is decoration only on most of them.

I don't know on what basis you bought the bike but aren't some of these faults down to the dealer to fix? Especially the regulator as there is no way you could know about that. It was the regulator not the ECU?
