This video clip is from Finland and from traditional endurorace, which name is "kärme kustaan kiemurat" It´s been over 30 years Finland enduroraiders crazy way to celebrate Finlands independence day!!!
(that´s 6th.dec.) Idea of the event is survive very challenging track with team, which consist three drivers. Best way get ahead and get good result this kind of terrain is when team members helping each other when they get stuck roots, rocks, mud etc. (timing stops after that whole team is crossing the finish line.) Most of the drivers don´t take the race very serious, they just having fun with the bike, their friends and raise the team spirit when lift up their bikes in the swamp!!!
(Crazy people here in Finland(?), but maybe thats why we are so tough in WEC!?!)
This was the first race with BMW some guy you might know: Juha Salminen. Also there was riding WEC riders: Jari Mattila, Marko Tarkkala and Former enduro world champion Petteri Silvan. Here´s a couple of link´s where you can find more videos and photos from this event:
