That rectifier should be an easy install. The black and red are your DC output to the fan. The yellow and white wires are for AC. You need to locate the yellow wire that comes out of your stator and connect into that circuit with the yellow wire on your rectifier. The white wire on the rectifier is then grounded to complete the circuit. The fan will run whenever the engine runs.

In the kit there is a thermoswitch you can add to the circuit. Put it in series with the white wire. This will let the thermoswitch ground the rectifier to create your DC for the fan. This is the way the kit is intended to be used so the fan engages only when the coolant reaches the temperature limit.

On the AC input it does not matter if you hook up the wires opposite (connect the white and ground the yellow).
