Agreed, takes 10 seconds on the grinder and then punch out the pin. I can never get both the orings on, so i just put the ones on the back side of the chain, and leave off the ones on the masterlink link side, unless I have some flattened ones around to use. Otherwise its possible that the masterlink does not get seated properly as you can't squish it enough. Done it on every dirt bike up to 640cc. Leave the riveted chains for the 150mph street bikes.
