Loosening all the engine mounts can take a lot of the preloaded strain off the swingarm too. Although, make sure you don't hit it as hard as you can after loosening the mounts, iv heard stories of damaged stuff from projectile swingarm bolts. Just work up to bashing the crap out of it..
